Do you help small businesses? Do you have experience in my industry?

Tassie specializes in helping small businesses and new businesses. Current and prior clients include: trainers, coaches, psychologists, accountants, consultants, property managers, small retail store owners, online merchants, and professional organizations.

How much do your services cost?

Services are offered via per hour, per project or retainer-based plans. Please contact Tassie for a complimentary needs assessment, project proposal and service information.

Do you accept credit cards?

Payments are accepted via PayPal, which does allow the use of credit cards. All services are invoiced and payment can also be made via check.

Do you help with payroll and state business taxes?

Yes. Tassie helps businesses with payroll and Washington State filings including: payroll tax deposits, payroll forms (W2, W3, 941, 940), Washington Excise Taxes (Sales Tax and Business & Occupation Tax), Washington Labor & Industries filings, and Washington Unemployment Taxes.

Do you prepare or file federal tax returns?

No. Tassie can help you organize the information needed to complete your business and personal federal tax returns. Please ask if you would like a recommendation for tax preparation software and/or a referral to a licensed CPA specializing in federal taxes.

Are you a CPA?

No. Tassie is a Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Financial Manager, and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor providing clients with the financial analysis, management accounting and reporting that help ensure day-to-day business success. She is not a Certified Public Accountant or Attorney and does not provide legal advice, perform compilations, reviews or audits, prepare tax returns, or represent clients before the IRS or other government agencies. Clients needing such services are referred to appropriate licensed professionals.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. As a CMA and CFM, Tassie adheres to the IMA Code of Ethics which requires competence, confidentiality, integrity, and credibility

Our agreement to work together creates a confidential relationship between us. Information concerning our business or personal affairs, vendors, finances, properties, methods of operation, computer programs, clients, employees, members, documentation, and other such information whether written, oral, or otherwise, is confidential in nature. We, and our employees, members, contractors, and consultants agree to not disclose, publish or otherwise reveal any such information without consent, except as may be required by law.
